The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the Paldo PH registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Identity Verification. Paldo PH may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Paldo PH username and password. You must notify Paldo PH immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Paldo PH will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
3.5 Account Ownership. Paldo PH accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Paldo PH currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at Paldo PH's discretion.
4.2 Own Funds Only. All deposits made to your Paldo PH account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the Paldo PH platform is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Paldo PH aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets and not guarantees.
4.5 Withdrawal Verification. Paldo PH reserves the right to conduct identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide supporting documentation. Paldo PH will not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory verification.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the Paldo PH platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). Paldo PH does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Paldo PH reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address on file.
5.1 Paldo PH may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your Paldo PH account for entertainment purposes and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
5.3 Paldo PH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active on a Paldo PH account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Players may not combine bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Paldo PH platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
7.2 Paldo PH cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected financial crime, fraud, or other illegal activity conducted through the platform.
8.1 All content on the Paldo PH platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive property of Paldo PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Paldo PH platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Paldo PH content without prior written consent.
8.3 The Paldo PH name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of Paldo PH. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
9.1 The Paldo PH platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Paldo PH takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Paldo PH's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Paldo PH account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Paldo PH's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10.1 Paldo PH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at paldo-ph.net/privacy-policy. By using the Paldo PH platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Paldo PH implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Paldo PH cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.
10.3 Paldo PH may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Paldo PH platform shall first be submitted to Paldo PH's customer support team for resolution. Paldo PH will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 14.2, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.4 Paldo PH operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
